Past assignments

Four roles so far: a non-profit, a startup, and two businesses I built and ran myself.

The record

Open Inclusion ASBL

Inclusion ASBL

Communications, internship · Mar — Jun 2026 View assignment
Context

Midway through my internship, the head of communications resigned. School rules required a qualified supervisor, so the placement could have ended there.

What I did

Negotiated with the school and with Inclusion to stay for the remaining month, then ran the function myself. Wrote an 8-page kit covering brand rules and how to produce content without a designer.

What it shows

Keeping a function running at the point it lost its owner, and leaving it usable without me.

Independent creator · 2019 — 2026 View assignment
Context

A video game guides channel, built on speedrun and endgame expertise at a time when established creators kept their strategies private.

What I did

Seven years of guides, commentary and gameplay. Formats, thumbnails and editing tested continuously against performance, with income as the measure.

What it shows

Audience built on the work itself, and the judgement to stop when the time ran out.

Open Shrimpin’Fast

Shrimpin’Fast

Founder · 2020 — 2025 View assignment
Context

A regulated, live-animal export business. Fragile product, third-party carriers, and a failed delivery that is not just a refund but a dead animal.

What I did

Bred high-grade shrimp and shipped them across Europe for five years, alone. Breeding, permits, carrier accreditation, health certificates, packaging standards and every shipment logged.

What it shows

Running a regulated operation end to end, built to hold on minimal supervision.

Open JayaUnited

JayaUnited

Communications & team lead, internship · Feb — Apr 2025 View assignment
Context

A small startup in personal development. Its conference for employers was two and a half months away and almost nothing had been prepared. The founders were rarely present.

What I did

Wrote the strategy document, executed the campaign, and coordinated the two students who joined after me, without any formal authority over them.

What it shows

Building and running something from a standing start when nobody above is directing it.
